Terms and Conditions

Hotel and activity amenities/services are provided solely at the discretion of the respective operators. Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible in cases where any hotel or activity provider denies services or if the quality of services does not meet the client’s expectations.

Activity and transport schedules are managed by third-party operators and, in many cases, regulated by government authorities. Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd cannot be held liable for any disruptions or cancellations resulting from sudden changes in local or central government policies.

Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund if the client fails to comply with the agreed payment terms or delays installment payments. Clients will be notified in advance before such action is taken.

No refunds will be applicable for any complimentary activities or services provided free of charge to the guest or Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd.

All activities and hotel accommodations are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are dynamic and may change without prior notice.

Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any of its services—including but not limited to hotel bookings, flight reservations, activity and sightseeing tickets, and transportation arrangements—at any time, without prior notice, and at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of our Terms & Conditions.

All convenience fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund requests raised more than 7 days after the scheduled travel date will not be allowed and will be deemed ineligible.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to limitations and internal approval. The company reserves the right to restrict refunds at any stage.

We inform you in advance that after finalization of the tour package, any increase in entrance fees, fuel costs, guide charges, or other applicable service costs may result in additional charges payable by the client.

If there is any revision in government taxes applicable to travel services after booking, the client will be liable to pay the resulting difference in the amount.

If the booking has not been confirmed or initiated by Xploreholic Travel Pvt Ltd, and the client chooses to cancel, a cancellation charge of Rs. 7,999 per person + applicable taxes will be levied by the company. 

Xploreholic Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.

1. Booking and Payment: Your payment must be paid in full at least 10 days before the departure date. If payment is not       received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who   signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these   conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date.   Reminders will be sent for the payments.

 2. Cancellation and Refunds: In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation   will be made in a similar hotel and similar standard
 No refund will be offered for unutilized services.

 3. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including   passports, visas government Identification , and health certificates.
 The travel company is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

 4. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellation,   medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

 5. Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel.
 The travel company reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler deemed unfit to participate in the tour or activity.

 6. Liability: The travel company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the course of the   trip, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, and activities. Travelers are advised to take necessary   precautions and exercise caution at all times.


 7. Force Majeure: The travel company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the itinerary due to   circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and acts of terrorism.

 8. Complaints and Disputes: Any complaints or disputes must be brought to the attention of the travel company in   writing within 9 days of the conclusion of the trip.

 9. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [India], and any disputes shall be resolved in the   courts.
